The cost calculator
The construction cost calculator on this site produces an approximate estimate only. It applies standard rates and industry thumb-rules to the figures you enter. It is a budgeting aid and nothing on this website constitutes a quotation, an offer, or a commitment to build at the figure shown.
Actual construction cost depends on, among other things:
- your final architectural and structural drawings;
- soil conditions and the foundation design they require;
- the materials and finishes you select;
- market rates for cement, steel and other materials at the time of construction;
- site conditions, access and local statutory requirements.
A firm price is given only in a written quotation, prepared after a site visit and against a detailed bill of quantities.
Information on this site
We try to keep the content accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Service descriptions are general; what applies to your project is what we agree with you in writing. Any statutory approvals, permissions or sanctions required for your project remain subject to the relevant authority.

Images on this website are designs and visualisations produced by our studio. Renders are representations and may differ from a constructed building in material, colour and surrounding context.

The designs, drawings, renders, text and layout on this website belong to Sri Yug Constructions & Architect. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission. Drawings prepared for a client are governed by the terms of that client's own agreement with us.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract arises only when we and you have agreed a written scope of work, price and schedule.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a third-party service — WhatsApp or Google Maps, for example — we are not responsible for that service's content or terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, including any figure produced by the cost calculator. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
